Hand printed raw calico on top with the OM symbol. Soft printed or plain fabric used on the underside and all pillows have re-enforced stitching.

Each pillow contains within, a small piece of rice paper with the mantra OM SHANTI SHANTI SHANTI written on it.

OM is considered to be the primeval sound that symbolises the universe or higher consciousness in past, present and future. SHANTI means peace.

The mantra of OM SHANTI SHANTI SHANTI is believed to evoke peace in the entire being. 

Suggested Instructions:

  • Om Yoga Eye Pillows Lie down on your back in a pose of surrender.
  • You might like to tense and release your muscles a couple of times to help you relax more fully. 
  • As you place the eye pillow over your eyes, quietly repeat the mantra OM SHANTI SHANTI SHANTI three times with a slow deep breath each time.
  • Draw in the lovely fragrance of lavender as you allow yourself to let go and feel at peace.
  • Rest for 12 minutes or longer.
